During the service, our G3-certified engineers will carry out a thorough inspection and testing of your cylinder and heating system, including:
Heating system inspections
- Verify the expansion vessel pressure
- Check the pressure relief valve for correct operation
- Replenish the system if required and inspect the filling loop
- Examine the filling loop for leaks and carry out repairs if necessary
- Test the central heating flow two-port valve
- Inspect electrical connections at the wiring centre
- Check the manual bottle air eliminator and vent excess air
- Test the circulating pump and, where applicable, the secondary return pump
- Test the expansion relief valve on the multibloc
- Check the temperature relief valve
- Test the immersion heaters
